I studied music production at Berklee before spending 10+ years building software. That still shapes how I work: the best technology preserves intent, removes friction, and lets the work come through.
At Klaviyo, I lead work across localisation and AI enablement, turning messy internal workflows into tools that product, design, engineering, and localisation teams actually adopt.
Before that: interactive learning tools at FutureLearn, workflow visualisation at Shopify, experimentation systems at Maze, and platform modernisation at Zendesk.
